A tomato recipe mix with garlic, mushrooms and herbs
Preparation Guidelines 25-30 small skinless chicken portions, 250g Chasseur Sauce Recipe Mix, 700g finely chopped onions, 700g sliced mushrooms, 2 litres water (or white wine). Place the chicken in large casserole dish, add the sauce mix, onions, mushrooms and water. Stir well and cover. Place in the centre of a pre-heated, moderate oven. Stir after 1/2 hour then continue cooking for 1 to 1 1/2 hours until the chicken is tender and cooked through.
