Cooking Instructions Deep Fry: Step 1 For crunchy coating pour some breadcrumbs onto a shallow plate. Step 2 Dip the food you want to coat into beaten egg then roll in the breadcrumbs coating evenly. Step 3 Deep fry at 160°C-180°C or shallow fry until golden and food is ping hot throughout. All fryers vary. Consult manufacturer's hand book to determine the best frying temperature. Hints & Tips Try scattering on top of cooked pasta then baking for a crunchy pasta bake.
