Just add water. Makes 5 litres. Bain marie stable. HVP free. Suitable for vegetarians.
Preparation Guidelines 1 litre boiling water, 200g Pepper Sauce Mix. Place 200g of the sauce mix into a saucepan. Pour on 1 litre of boiling water and whisk vigorously until thickened and smooth. Bring back to the boil on the hob for 1 minute stirring all the time. Use as required.
