Sticky Hoisin Spare Ribs
(Serves 2)
Marinate 500 g spare ribs for 15 mins in 3 Tbsp Hoisin Sauce and 1 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Double Deluxe Soy Sauce. Oven cook for 20 mins at 200°C / gas 6. Brush with a further 1 Tbsp Hoisin Sauce and cook for a further 5 mins or until cooked through.
