Indian Origins
This Korma is inspired by the region of Kerala in Southern India, a region famous for its aromatic, coconut based curries. The whole spices chosen to complement this dish are typical of the curries in the Kerala: Star Anise, Cinnamon, Cloves and Green Cardamom

Ingredients:

Korma Sauce (76%) [Water, Onion Purée, Coconut Milk (11%), Single Cream (Milk), Creamed Coconut (4.5%), Rapeseed Oil, Sugar, Ginger Purée, Garlic Purée, Modified Maize Starch, Ground Cashew Nuts, Salt, Acidity Regulator (Lactic Acid)], Korma Paste (22%) [Water, Ground Spices [Coriander, Turmeric, Spices, Paprika, Cumin, Fenugreek, Mustard Powder], Rapeseed Oil, Sugar, Concentrated Tomato Purée, Salt, Maize Flour, Ginger Purée, Garlic Purée, Desiccated Coconut (0.4%), Acid (Acetic Acid), Dried Onion, Dried Coriander Leaf], Whole Spices (1.6%) [Cinnamon Stick (0.9%), Star Anise (0.4%), Green Cardamom (0.2%), Cloves (0.1%)]

Preparation and Usage:

3 Simple Steps
1 Gently Fry the Whole Spices in Oil
2 Add the Patak's Spice Paste
3 Stir In the Base Sauce and Simmer

This product must be cooked.

Recipes:

Just add:
300g diced chicken breast
1 tbsp vegetable oil
50ml water

Cooking Instructions
1 Gently fry the whole spices in 1 tbsp of vegetable oil for 20 seconds
2 Add the Patak's Spice Paste along with 50ml of water, and gently fry until the water is almost evaporated. Then add your chosen meat or vegetables and fry until the meat is sealed
3 Stir in the Base sauce and simmer for 15 minutes or until the meat is cooked through
