Preparation and Usage:
3 Simple Steps
1 Gently Fry the Whole Spices in Oil
2 Add the Patak's Spice Paste
3 Stir In the Base Sauce and Simmer
This product must be cooked.
300g diced beef
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 Gently fry the whole spices in 1 tbsp of vegetable oil for 20 seconds
2 Add the Patak's Spice Paste along with 50ml of water, and gently fry until the water is almost evaporated. Then add your chosen meat or vegetables and fry until the meat is sealed
3 Stir in the Base sauce and simmer for 15-30 minutes or until the meat is cooked through. If using Beef or Lamb, allow to simmer for 30 minutes until tender.
