Instructions:
To a non metalic bowl add 75g of rice per person and 350 ml (12floz) of boiling water per 75g of rice, cover with microwave film and pierce. Drain in a sieve, rinse through with boiling water and serve. Adjust times according to your particular oven.

Instructions:Place 75g of rice per person into a sieve and rinse well in running cold water.
Add a pinch of salt (if required) to a large pan of boiling water. Add rice and
return to the boil. Stir once then reduce heat, cover and simmer for 18 minutes
or until rice is tender.
Drain in a sieve, rinse through with boiling water and serve.
