Hoi Sin chicken.
1 Pouch Tesco Hoi Sin Sauce
200g chicken breast, sliced ½cm thick
100g spring onions, sliced diagonally
100g sugar snap peas, sliced diagonally
Reserve the green tops of the onions for garnish
Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a wok over a high heat
Add chicken and stir fry for 2 – 3 minutes or until thoroughly cooked
Add the spring onion, sugar snaps and sauce and stir fry for a further minute.
Garnish with the tops of the spring onion
