2 tbsp oil
1 jar Tesco Ingredients Nasi Goreng paste
400g chicken breast, sliced
2 carrots, peeled and grated
100g sugar snap peas, sliced
500g cooked long grain rice, cooled
1. Heat the oil in a large frying pan or wok and add the Tesco Ingredients Nasi
Goreng paste and fry for 2 minutes.
2. Add the chicken breast, fry until the chicken has cooked through.
3. Add the grated carrot and sugar snap peas and gently fry for 2 minutes.
4. Add the cooked rice and stir well.
5. Fry for 10-15 minutes stirring regularly, ensuring the rice is evenly coated.
To Serve: Transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle with Ketjap manis or soy
sauce. Garnish with a fried egg on top, cucumber and fresh coriander.
