1 small boneless Pork shoulder
1 jar of Tesco Bulgogi Cooking Sauce
Pre-heat oven to 150°C/130°C Fan/Gas Mark 2.
Stand the pork shoulder on a rack in a roasting tin, skin side up.
Pour 100ml of water into the tin and cover the pork and tin with a large piece
of foil, pinching the foil around the edges to make a good seal.
Put the pork in the oven and cook for 5 hours.
When cooked tranfer the pork to a board, cover with a sheet of foil and leave
to stand for 15 minutes before pulling into shreds with a couple of forks.
Decant the contents of the jar of sauce into a saucepan and heat on the hob for
3-4 minutes. Turn off the heat and combine the pulled meat with sauce in the
pan, mixing thoroughly.
Serve with cooked rice. Alternatively for a lighter option, divide the mixture
between gem lettuce leaves .
