Heat of full power 800W 40 secs 900W 35 secs Remove cardboard sleeve and all of the foil lid. Ensure all foil seal is removed. Place on a microwavable plate. Heat on full power for 40 seconds (800W)/35 seconds (900W). Leave to stand for 1 minute after heating. Invert the pudding onto a serving plate and gently lift off the plastic bowl.
